Life today moves fast.

We wake up already in motion — inboxes filling, lists growing, demands stacking. Somewhere along the way, we forget to listen… to the subtle signals of our bodies, to the quiet language of the seasons, to the rhythms that once kept us healthy and whole.

For thousands of years, Chinese Medicine has taught that true wellness isn’t about doing more — it’s about moving in harmony with nature’s cycles.

That’s why I created this free guide. To help you come home to a gentler, more supportive way of living — one ritual at a time.

What's Inside the Guide?

Inside, you’ll find five easy, nourishing practices rooted in the Yang Sheng (Nourishing Life) tradition of Chinese Medicine — designed to meet you where you are and gently restore balance.

Morning Acupressure - You'll activate your Qi to clear stagnation and clarify your mind.
Seasonal Teas - You'll harmonize your body and mind with herbal teas and tisanes for the season.
Breathwork Practice - Awaken your vitality and strengthen your immunity by moving your Lung Qi.
Nature Connection - connect with the Environmental Qi around you to harmonize your inner landscape.
Seasonal Reflection - build your self-awareness with reflective exercises aligned with nature's rhythms.

About Me

Hi, I’m Sean, an acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner — and before that, a wildlife ecologist.

My first career taught me to see the interconnectedness of all life. My second showed me how deeply our bodies mirror the seasons and the earth.

Now, I help health-conscious adults restore their energy, calm, and resilience by teaching them how to align their life and habits with Chinese Medicine self-care practices and seasonal rhythms.
